Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n syksyn 2023 liittokokous pidetään maanantaina 27.11.2023 kello 17.30 Oulun yliopiston Linnanmaan kampuksella luokkahuoneessa PR102. Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille. Liittokokousedustajille tarvitaan allekirjoitettu valtakirja, joka tulee esittää ennen kokouksen alkua kokouksen puheenjohtajalle.

Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat asiat:

1. Kokouksen avaus
2. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden sekä liittokokousedustajien toteaminen
3. Kokouksen puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja kahden ääntenlaskijan valinta
4. Kokouksen työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen
5. Valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja, varapuheenjohtaja, sihteeri, taloudenhoitaja ja enintään kymmenen (10) muuta hallituksen jäsentä
6. Valitaan yksi toiminnantarkastaja ja yksi varatoiminnantarkastaja
7. Päätetään vuotuisen jäsenjärjestömaksun ja vuotuisen kannatusjäsenmaksun suuruus
8. Vahvistetaan toimintasuunnitelma ja talousarvio
9. Käsitellään muut kokoukselle esitetyt asiat
10. Kokouksen päättäminen

The general autumn assembly of Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry will be held on Monday 27.11.2023 at 5.30 p.m. at Linnanmaan campus, classroom PR102. The assembly is open to every member of the member guilds. Representatives of the assembly has to have an signed power of attorney, which needs to be shown to the chairperson before the beginning of the assembly.

Agenda:

1. Opening of the meeting
2. Legality and quorum and stating general assembly representatives
3. Electing the chair and secretary of the meeting, two examiners of the minutes, two tellers
4. Approval of the agenda
5. Electing the Chairperson, the Vice-chairperson, the Secretary, the Treasurer and up to ten (10) other members of the Board
6. Electing the Operations Inspector and the Vice-Operations Inspector
7. Deciding the amount of the annual membership fee and support member fee
8. Verifying the action plan and budgetary estimates
9. Other business
10. Closing of the meeting

Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n kevään 2023 kolmas liittokokous pidetään maanantaina 31.7.2023 kello 17.15 Oulun yliopiston Linnanmaan kampuksella luokkahuoneessa Lo130. Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille.

Kokouksessa käsitellään seuraavat asiat:

1. Kokouksen avaus
2. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden sekä liittokokousedustajien toteaminen
3. Kokouksen puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja kahden ääntenlaskijan valinta
4. Kokouksen työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen
5. Syksyn liittokokouksen päätösten hyväksyminen
6. Esitellään tilinpäätös, hallituksen vuosikertomus ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto
7. Päätetään tilinpäätöksen vahvistamisesta
8. Päätetään vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille
9. Käsitellään muut kokoukselle esitetyt asiat
10. Kokouksen päättäminen

5. Approving the decisions of the general autumn assembly
6. Presentation of the financial statement, annual report and the report of the auditor
7. Deciding on the verification of the financial statement
8. Deciding on granting the freedom of responsibility of the answerable persons
9. Other business
10. Closing the meeting

Ilmi tulleiden esteiden takia yhdistyksen toinen kevätliittokokous joudutaan siirtämään myöhemmin ilmoitettavaan ajankohtaan. 29.6. ei siis ole kokousta.

Due to the obstacles that have come to light, the second spring assembly of OLuT ry will have to be postponed to a later date. The new meeting time will be announced later. So there is no meeting on the 29th of June.

Hei!

OLuT ry:n hallitus on kokouksessaan päättänyt ottaa käyttöön uusia viestintämuotoja OLuTin hallituksen sekä jäsentensä välillä. Tämän vuoksi on perustettu kaksi (2) uutta Telegram-ryhmää, joiden tarkoituksena on jakaa informaatiota kattokillan ja sen jäsenten välillä.

Toinen ryhmistä on virallinen tiedotuskanava. Ryhmä toimii yhtenä viestinvälityksen muotona nykyisten sähköpostilistojen sekä instagramin kanssa. Ryhmässä siis ilmoitetaan esimerkiksi tulevista tapahtumista ja muista jäsenistöä koskevista asioista.

Tämän lisäksi jäsenistön toiveita on kuultu ja sen vuoksi loimme kaikille vapaan ryhmän, jossa saat jakaa omat vitsisi ja muut luonnontieteellistä tunnelmaa pursuavat asiasi. Tämä ryhmä on ns. ”turhat jutut ja meemit” ryhmä jossa saat viestitellä mitä haluat muiden luonnontieteilijöiden kanssa. Vaikka ryhmässä vapaa juttelu on sallittua, ei siellä kuitenkaan ole sallittua postata mitään asiatonta tai loukkaavaa. Tässäkin OLuTin hallitus seuraa ryhmän toimintaa ja puuttuu epäasiallisiin toimiin.

Hello!

The board of OLuT ry has decided to introduce new forms of communication between the members of the board of OLuT. Because of this, two two (2) new Telegram groups have been established to share information between the roof guild and its members.

Another of the groups is an official information channel. The group works as one form of messaging with current email lists and Instagram. In the group, for example, upcoming events and other matters concerning the membership are announced.

In addition to this, the wishes of the members have been heard, and that’s why we created a free group for everyone, where you can share your own jokes and other things that exude a naturalistic atmosphere. This group is the so-called ”useless things and memes” group where you can communicate what you want with other natural scientists. Although free chat is allowed in the group, it is not allowed to post anything inappropriate or offensive. Here too, OLuT’s board monitors the group’s activities and intervenes in inappropriate actions.
