Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry:n kevään 2025 liittokokous pidetään torstaina 22.5.2025 kello 17:00 Oulun yliopiston Linnanmaan kampuksella luokkahuoneessa PR101. Kokous on avoin kaikille jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenille. Kokouksessa käsiteltävät asiat ovat viestin liitteenä. Liittokokousedustajille tarvitaan allekirjoitettu valtakirja, joka tulee esittää ennen kokouksen alkua kokouksen puheenjohtajalle.
Kokouksen asialista:
1. Kokouksen avaus
2. Kokouksen laillisuuden ja päätösvaltaisuuden toteaminen
3. Kokouksen puheenjohtajan, sihteerin, kahden pöytäkirjantarkastajan ja kahden ääntenlaskijan valinta
4. Kokouksen työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen
5. Tilinpäätös, hallituksen vuosikertomus ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto
6. Päätetään tilinpäätöksen vahvistamisesta
7. Päätetään vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille
8. Käsitellään muut kokoukselle esitetyt asiat
9. Kokouksen päättäminen

The general spring assembly of Oulun Luonnontieteilijät ry will be held in classroom PR101 on Thursday 22.5.2025 starting at 17:00. Every member of the member guilds in welcome to follow the assembly. The agenda of the meeting is attached to the message. Representatives of the assembly has to have an signed power of attorney, which needs to be shown to the chairperson before the beginning of the assembly.
1. Opening of the meeting
2. Legality and quorum and starting general assembly representatives
3. Electing the chair and secretary of the meeting, two examiners of the minutes and two tellers
4. Approval of the agenda
5. Presentation of the financial statement, annual report and the report of the auditor
6. Deciding on the verification of the financial statement
7. Deciding on granting the freedom of responsibility of the answerable persons
8. Other business
9. Closing the meeting
