Launantai 4.3. on päivä, jolloin pääse porukalla kokeilemaan avantouintia! Avanto löytyy Tuiran rannasta ja sauna lämpiää Toivoniemessä. Tapahtuma alkaa pienellä esittelyllä, jonka pitää Oulun talviuimarit. Tuomme paikalle pientä lämmikettä, mutta kannattaa silti pukeutua lämpimästi! Ottakaa mukaan ainakin uima-asu ja pyyhe. Itse avantouinti alkaa kello 14 ja sauna on lämmin kello 16. Tulukee siis sankoin joukoin kannustamaan toisianne!

If you and your friends have always wanted to try ice swimming, now is your chance! On 4th of March there will be a hole in the ice at Tuira beach. The event starts at 14 o’clock and there will be an introduction from Oulun Talviuimarit. Sauna will be ready at 16 o’clock in Toivoniemi. We will bring some warmer, but don’t forget to dress properly. At least, bring your swimwear and a towel. Come with friends and let’s encourage each other!
